Hom
Kugg is the maximum security prison of Man in the continent, in an undisclosed location. Every prisoner that is sentenced to this place, is sentenced for life, to live the rest of his or her days in a secluded place with nowhere to go and run. Some experts that have looked to old schematics of the prison speculate that the builder of the prison was not human at all, and it was emprisoned in Kugg. Those experts have been killed, or have disappeared. The last convicted prisoner to Kugg was someone that tried to start a revolution in Grym, by claiming that fiends and devils were possessing the emperor of Grym, and tried to explode the capital city.
Hom
Purpose
This prison was founded by all Mankind in Hom to emprison not your common thief and burglar, but Humanity's most powerful and dangerous enemies, ones that cannot be forgiven or redeemed to the eyes of the Empires of Man.
Valuables
Some of the first emperors tried to use Kugg as a series of vaults, but when they tried to visit or withdraw the goods, some were denied, and others had been robbed in the trip back to the empire, or even the goods got lost, probably because the thieves had stolen those goods and hidden them somewhere else in the prison.
Defenses
Not only there are highly-trained soldiers, but there are also wizards and scientists that have created the best defenses in the whole continent.
Brief History
The idea was first born when a thief named Maul was convicted of crimes against Humanity, trying to awaken a devil from beyond this reality. He was caught and after being sent to Kugg, he was never seen again. With this idea, the Empires of Man in the Golden Age paid for bigger structures and better defenses, and in theory, it's one of the most secure places in the whole world.
