Capital City of Tearfall
An old city that was built on a suspended plateau in the mountains, and known for being the capital of an old draconic realm.
Cedric Nurengard
He is stern, calculating, and partially blind. Trained as a wizard, he is fascinated by enchantments. On social conversations he keeps his political connections hidden under layers of hospitality. He is well connected among the Order of Mullistus and the estate serves as an open door for the order.
Corwin Duskborn
Corwin was a thief that worked with the legendary Crow crew. When a conspiracy for finding Lokythar up the Sky caught them, they were given a choice to surrender or to die by the hand of the Golden Dragons and Grym. Corwin was asked by Crow to surrender, and when he did, he saw everyone he loved die. His sentence was to be at the Mornir Academy as a warden and security guard. He ended up liking being there, but he hasn't lost his touch to scare people and young students.
Cassius White
Born into a legacy of wealth and privilege, Cassius exudes arrogance and entitlement. He spares no expense for rare spell components or antique grimoires and delights in flaunting his luxurious lifestyle. His contempt for “lesser blood” is matched only by his keen intellect on the arcane, making him both a dangerous adversary and a charismatic leader over his underlings.
Cricket
Changes appearance often: stable boy, serving girl, limping old man... He is never seen twice in the same form by the same person. He manages blackmail networks and relays urgent orders. No one knows their true face — not even Elrid.
